Andrew Kutz has over 10 years of professional experience in computer systems design, security, programming, implementation, and management. Andrew's expertise lies in being able to examine a given problem and create custom solutions from the ground up. Andrew is known as an expert in virtualization, and is a site expert on SearchServerVirtualization.com on products from VMware. He has written numerous articles and whitepapers, and given many webcasts and presentations on building virtual infrastructures using VMware Virtual Infrastructure 3 (VI3) and other enterprise virtualization solutions such as XenSource XenServer. Andrew also specializes in Microsoft technologies such as Windows XP/Vista/2003, IIS 6, Exchange 2003, and .NET 1.1/2.0. He is author of the widely used security project, "Sudo for Windows." Dmitry Sotnikov is a PowerShell MVP and the man behind PowerGUI and PowerShell AD cmdlets. In his day job he is in charge of the new product research and development for Quest's Windows Management business unit. His team is actively working with partners and customers to identify the new market opportunities that the company can use to expand its business. It is out of this team that most of Quest's new products and initiatives such as the new SharePoint line of business or the recent PowerShell initiatives emerge.
Dmitry joined Quest as part of the Aelita Software Acquisition and has been now with these companies for more than 9 years holding various managerial positions in technical communications, customer support, and product management. He is the author of multiple whitepapers available from Quest's site, a regular blogger (http://dmitrysotnikov.wordpress.com) and a presenter at various industry events.
