De bovenstaande melding werd zichtbaar nadat ik binnen mijn VI3 client met behulp van “Configuration� ,“Storage� en “Add Storage� een Disk/LUN probeerde toe te voegen. Deze Disk/LUN staat op een HP MSA 500 G2 en is met de ACU utility juist geconfigureerd. Uiteindelijk heb ik het probleem op kunnen lossen door via het Service Console een FDISK uit te voeren. Eerst ben ik gestart met het zichtbaar maken van alle VMHA Devices en daarna aan de hand van deze lijst de partition table  opnieuw gecreëerd met FDISK.

  (e.g., DOS FDISK, OS/2 FDISK)
