Latest Fling from VMware Labs - Mirage Toolbox

Mirage Toolbox is our playground for experimental Mirage features. The first feature VMware has started with in this package automatically creates app layers using any existing centralized desktop images.

Administrators can enjoy the power of app layers without performing any manual capture of applications and application updates.


Mirage Toolbox will periodically scan the system and create new app layers in the background. These app layers can be used just like any other app layers and should be tested before widespread use.
